PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. During summer months we will ship all orders Monday-Wednesday due to the heat. We want your candles to arrive in the best shape possible. 

Please double check your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes after the order has been placed.

US SHIPPING

All orders under $70 will be charged shipping. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all order in the contiguous United States when you place an order of $71 or more. After you order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, wrapped and shipped. Aromatherapy by Jankeh ships via USPS, FedEx or UPS. All orders include shipping and under normal circumstances will take 2-7 business days from date of placed order. 

Please note that it may take longer to ship orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS

We do not ship packages on the following U.S. national holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day

Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.

 RETURN AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied, we want to help you! Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Aromatherapy by Jankeh order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products.
